Meet Oonagh a certified yoga teacher with almost 300 hours of training and a diploma in nutrition and health, backed by a master’s degree in food product development. Having personally overcome burnout and exhaustion, Oonagh now dedicates her life to helping busy, overwhelmed women take back control of their stress, regain their energy, and prioritise their well-being through practical yoga and mindfulness techniques.
